Refund policy

At Harriet Jean, we prided our brand on creation of bespoke pieces that you will love. If you're not completely satisfied, we will consider returns for unworn items on a case-by-case basis. Please note, customised items are non-returnable.

Custom pieces are unable to be returned as they are made specifically for orders placed, as each piece is handmade please take care with your items. A 3 month warranty period will be provided, should you require a repair. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
