Welcome to Harriet Jean Jewellery. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and the purchase of our jewellery products. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

1. Our Products

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, especially in handmade items. All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We will confirm once your custom piece is created and has been shipped, providing tracking details through Australia Post. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within Australia as well as some overseas countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs and do our best to assist with providing updates to tracking details provided by the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Majority of our pieces are bespoke and handmade to order. If you're not completely satisfied, we will consider returns for unworn items on a case-by-case basis. Please note, customised items are non-returnable. For full details, see our Returns Policy on our website in our About Us.

5. Care Instructions

Our jewellery is crafted with care. Please follow our “Care Instructions” to ensure the longevity of your piece. These items are fragile, and being pulled or tugged may cause the wire to snap. Unfortunately, damage caused by misuse or lack of care is not covered under any guarantee.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, photos, and branding—is the property of “Harriet Jean Jewellery” and may not be used without permission.
