Shipping 

Each piece is handmade to order so shipping of your order may take upwards of 2 weeks to be shipped, unless the item you are ordering is a preorder item and therefore specific dates will be specified.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive tracking details through for tracking of your order.

Custom pieces are unable to be returned as they are made specifically for orders placed, as each piece is handmade please take care with your items. A 3 month warranty period will be provided, should you require a repair. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
